You don’t need to have participated in the Dakar Rally. You don’t need to know how to replace the radiator grill of a Land Rover Defender – but some love for adventure, trips into remote regions, and crazy vehicles would be nice to have.

• To start at Bareways you study Computer Science or an alternative subject, where programming and coding is an important topic, and you are looking for an internship or job besides your studies working towards your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Your goal is really to build and develop. 
• You are not scared to make mistakes and to learn from them.
• You dig into the topics and don’t give up. 
• You love to work with the team and make it stronger. 
• You don’t want to mark time; you want to make the difference.
• Your English is fluent, and you speak German (minimum level B2)
